Partners need a unique link before they need a portal
Easy JV & Affiliate Manager is old-school tracking software. The idea is still right: one person, one link, one payout story. If you cannot say who sent the last sale, you are not ready for more partners.
Write the brief first
What you sell, who it is for, the swipe they may use, and when you pay. Put that on one page. Then install or configure tracking. Software will not invent the brief.
Pay on time on purpose
Late commissions end JVs. Even a spreadsheet is fine if it is honest. The manager is there so you are not reconstructing history from email. The quiz asks whether you even have partners yet - if not, the brief is the download's first job.
