Follow Up After a No Without Being a Pest

Most missed sales are unanswered questions. A short, useful follow-up sequence recovers them.

A no is often a not-now

The second-chance product is about recovering people who saw the offer and left. That only works if you already have permission to email them. Follow up with the people who opted in or started checkout - not with scraped lists.

Three emails, three jobs

  1. Remind them what they almost got, in one screen.
  2. Answer the most common hesitation.
  3. Offer a smaller next step or a deadline you will actually keep.

If you cannot name the hesitation, ask. A reply is worth more than a clever PS.

Stop when they are done

Unsubscribe and silence are answers. The download is a follow-up system, not a license to nag. Use the quiz to pick where your "no" actually happens - cart, call, or cold traffic with no list.
