Welcome Emails That Get Opened

The first three emails decide whether the list was worth building. Write them like a useful colleague.

The welcome is the relationship

Most lists die in week one because the first emails are a dump of links. A welcome sequence has one job: prove you will be worth opening. Three short emails beat a 12-step "course" you will not finish writing.

Email 1: deliver and orient

Send the promised file. Then say what you send, how often, and what a good reply looks like. Invite one reply: the biggest list problem they have. That reply is research.

Email 2: one useful move

Teach one tip from the download - not all 22. Example: put the opt-in next to the first win in a post. One screenshot or one example. Stop.

Email 3: the next step

Point to the quiz or the start-here guide. Do not pitch six products. The tips pack is the asset. The quiz decides which tip they should run this week.
